We are open 9am – 6:00 pm CST (USA) Monday-Friday. You can order at your convenience 24 hours a day via our website. You can also fax an order to +1-708-213-9101 or place an order over the phone by calling 1-877-4-ALTEYA.
For online orders we accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, eCheck, Google Checkout, and PayPal. We process order payments through the payment processing systems of PayPal, Cart32, and Google Checkout – global leaders in online payment solutions. Order payments are usually processed in real-time, however in case of technical issues we may manually process/re-enter orders that were unsuccessfully processed by the automatic payment system. Your use of our website constitutes an agreement to these policies.
We also take payments by checks and wire transfers. Please contact us for more information.
Orders received after 11am CST are usually processed and shipped from our warehouse on the next business day. Back ordered items not available at the time of processing are sent out as soon as they are available without any extra charge.
Please note that orders are not shipped until full payment has been received and cleared.

Note that once an order is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier or during transit. In the unlikely case that your order is delayed or lost, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to assist you in resolving the situation. Orders can also be insured if such request is initiated by the customer.

Most of the orders are shipped via USPS – United States Postal Service (USPS.com).
We accept special carrier requests (FedEx, UPS, DHL, ect.) for orders over $200.
If you want to insure your order, contact us.
For our Free shipping options we use Parcel Post and First Class International Mail.
USPS First Class International Mail Doesn’t Support Tracking Information.
Due to the inconvenience for most of our customers, we ship with “Signature Confirmation” only upon request.
For high value International orders we advise our customers to choose EMS or USPS Register Mail and insure their order.

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. If an item is not in stock, we will ship the order when all items become available.
Shipping Information Issues:
If there is a shipping information issue and the customer is not able to assist us within 30 days, we keep the right to cancel the order or ship it to the customer’s Billing/ Shipping address using the basic shipping method.
Cancelled orders will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% or $5, whichever is higher. The cancellation fee on cancelled Priority or Express orders is 25% or a minimum of $10.
Shipping fees are extra to the cancellation fee, if the canceled order has already left Alteya’s warehouse.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returned items. Please call us at +1.877-4-ALTEYA if you have any questions.
We keep the rights to combine orders placed by one customer with the same shipping address. That allows us to upgrade the shipping method and to provide better customer service. If wish your consecutive orders not to be combined, please let us know.
Damages must be reported to the shipping courier and us immediately. Inspect all packages at the time of receipt. In the event that you receive an order that has been damaged make sure the driver/delivery person noted this fact on the delivery sheet. You should then immediately contact the carrier office so that they can inspect the shipment. If you do not do this within one business day, then you accepted the box in good condition and nothing can be done about the damages. Once a package has been signed for (if customer requested “signature required” service) it is assumed the package was delivered in good order.
Once the order leaves our store, we are not responsible for damages or loss in transit. By placing an order you accept our terms and conditions.
