How to use

Diffuse melissa (lemon balm) essential oil at bedtime or add it to your regular body lotion to create a relaxing bedtime lotion. This would help you go to sleep faster and would improve the quality of your sleep.

Add a drop of melissa oil to your face moisturizer before application to rejuvenate skin.

Mix Melissa essential oil with a carrier oil (such as jojoba, coconut, etc.) and apply to insect bites and stings, or sunburns to soothe the skin.
