Natural Bulgarian Organically Grown Rose Water

This is my third order from this shop. Until second time, the smell was the best among all rose water I've experienced. There were no leakages at all. That time I should've given more than five stars. But this time, it was totally different. As soon as it was delivered, I could see leakage in the cardboard box, and the smell was not pleasant. I contacted customer service. The response was to refund it or send one more time. I was already disappointed with the quality and leakage. The comany also told menot to return. I asked refund. But later, he asked to return it, I already throw it away. I don't think it's the same qaulity. Finally I got email which said if I purchase next time, he will give me 35% discounts. There will be no more purchase from this shop. I do not appreciate their such a terrible way to treat customer. I write this for other customers not to be fooled. I will consider what would be appropriate for them.
