Rose Harvest 2014

Spring has just opened its doors as Alteya prepares for a new rose harvest. The collecting of fresh rose petals is expected to take off in the beginning of May. This year, Alteya will operate from their new base in the Rose Valley, just outside the village of Yagoda (which means ‘strawberry’). It’s here where the organic roses will be harvested, distilled and the obtained rose oil and flower water will be added to our organic cosmetic products. Just like last year, Alteya has implemented a waste management program to make sure the entire process is green from beginning until the end.

Dear Valued Friends, Partners and Customers,
We hope everyone is well considering the unprecedented situation these past few days. Like many businesses, we are doing our best to prioritize everyone's health and wellbeing, while meeting the needs of our customers.
Amongst some of the key products needed to help keep COVID-19 from spreading and keeping us healthy, are soaps, sanitizers, and many immune-boosting essential oils, which are part of Alteya's product portfolio. Our business operations also include supplying ingredients and raw materials to multiple industries including the food, beverage and personal hygiene. Therefore, as detailed by the multiple governments' directives we have a special responsibility to try to maintain normal operations.
After taking all necessary safety precautions, and abiding by all regulations and directions, we will continue manufacturing our products for as long as possible. We are asking all our customers to please be patient as we do our best to fulfill orders as promptly as possible, especially for some of our products and ingredients where we are experiencing a surge in demand.
We also would like to remind everyone about the World Health Organization's guidelines for staying healthy in the current environment:
-Wash hands frequently with soap and warm water, or alcohol-based hand rub;
-Avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms;
-Cover nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing with tissue or flexed elbow.
We really value our relationship and thank you for your support. Please let us know if you have any questions or comments.
Stay safe!
The Alteya Organics Family
