This nutrient dense oil rich in vitamin C and essential antioxidants has energizing and stimulating effect on skin and scalp. Pomegranate seed oil contains a rare compound – an essential fatty acid known as punicic acid (also called omega 5). It has been found to help reduce the appearance of inflammation, support collagen fibers and promote elasticity. Pomegranate oil has been used to improve the appearance of damaged skin and scars.

How to use

It may be used in skincare formulations or on its own. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive or acne-prone skin. Can be used within most skincare formulas, including facial care preparations, soapmaking, massage oils and other body care and cosmetic products.

Skin Application — apply a few drops daily or as needed to entire face – on its own or after water-based treatments. Use only as directed on unbroken skin.

Hair Application — add a few drops to the lengths of hair to nourish and add shine.

Nourishing mask for maturing skin
Components:
Pomegranate seed oil – 30 ml
Honey – 5 ml
Yolk – 1 piece
Oat flour – 20 g
Milk – 10 ml

1.Heat the milk. Mix oat flour with the warm milk until the composition thickens.
2. Melt the honey.
3. Mix all ingredients until smooth consistency is achieved.
4. Apply the mask to clean skin and leave on for thirty minutes.
5. Remove the remnants of the mask with a cotton pad dipped in lukewarm water.
